50-Miler Award (youth/adult)
How to earn?
Cover the trail or canoe or boat route of at least 50 consecutive miles; take a minimum of five consecutive days to complete the trip without the aid of motors.

Complete the requirements for the Boardsailing Award listed HERE with a counselor recognized by Windsurfer International, the United States Boardsailing Association, or a certified Scouting America Aquatics Instructor

Distinguished Conservation Service Award Program (youth/adult)
How to earn?
Complete at least 2 conservation projects designed to address needs in the local area that benefits the environment or the creatures that live there. The project must have a lasting impact, demonstrate leadership and help others learn more about the environment.

The council Conservation Committee will individually review each application for this award, and if awarded, will be specially given.

Community Organization Award (adult)
How to earn?
Be recognized for Scout service by one of the 20 Scouting America-approved national organizations listed HERE

Have documentation of receiving one of the 20 awards and present it to the Scout Shop to purchase the square knot
Conservation Good Turn (packs/troops)
How to earn?
Complete a conservation project as a unit for a conservation organization that is deemed worthwile or needed . Many federal agencies, as well as conservation-oriented NGOs are good resources for Good Turn projects.

With a certified Scouting America Aquatics Instructor or equivalent, train and complete a mile-long swim

Be a member of a Sea Scout Ship, and complete an on-the-water activity over a 2 week period, or a series of weekends/cruises that equate to 14 days
